The eXNk Production Process: Creating Your Content

Our goal is to give your business a library of cinematic visuals without disrupting your day-to-day operations. Whether we are building your Monthly Content Library or filming a Custom Website Video, we adapt our process to fit your specific needs.

1. Choosing Your Shooting Style

The best way to capture your business depends on your brand's vibe and your comfort level with logistics.

  • The Authentic Live Shoot: We shoot during your regular business hours. This is best for capturing the natural energy of your space.

    • The "Recognizable" Rule: If customers are in the background but are blurry, out of focus, or only their hands/backs are visible, no release is needed! This allows us to film your business in action without stopping the flow of your day.

    • Best for: Environmental B-roll, wide shots of your location, or "detail" shots (hands, products, backs of heads) that don't require legal releases.

  • The Staged Live Shoot (Recommended): We shoot during a slow period or a dedicated closed hour. You invite your most loyal customers, staff, or even friends and family to act as extras.

Why it works: You get the "real" look without the unpredictability. It’s the best way to ensure everyone on camera is comfortable and willing to sign a release.

  • The Professional Talent Shoot: We hire professional models to represent your customers.

Why it works: Total control over the look and zero legal headaches. We can handle the casting for an additional fee based on the number of models and hours needed.

2. Releases/Clearances (Our "No-Stress" Policy)

For any commercial use (websites, ads, social media), anyone recognizable on camera must sign a Model Release.

  • We Handle the Paperwork: During the shoot, we can manage the collection of digital releases via a simple link or QR code.

  • Digital Delivery: All signed releases are compiled and sent to you after the shoot for your permanent records.

Special Events & Performers: If we are filming a performance or a guest speaker, we ask that you confirm their participation in advance. We will then coordinate with them to ensure their releases are signed before we hit record.

3. Recommendations for the Best Results

  • Staff Involvement: We highly recommend using staff members who are naturally comfortable on camera. They know your brand better than anyone!

  • The "Gift Card" Incentive: If you invite loyal customers for a staged shoot, offering a small discount or gift card in exchange for their time and signature is a great way to ensure a high turnout and happy faces.
